Compatibility and languages
For iPhone running iOS 18 or later and iPad running iPadOS 18 or later. Interface available in Spanish, English, French and German.
Speech recognition availability depends on your device, selected language and Apple's speech resources. Not every supported device offers the same on-device recognition capabilities. Review the output before sharing.
Local data, with optional backup.
Actary stores your data on the device and offers optional automatic backups in iCloud Drive.
Wait for upload confirmation before deleting the app. Recovery requires the same iCloud account and an available copy; enable backups again in the empty app. Backups do not merge simultaneous edits from multiple devices. Pro is not required for backups.
