Record, review and share
Dictate the client, location, reported issue, diagnosis, work performed, materials, result and notes. Keep the audio to listen again or repeat transcription. All report fields can also be entered and corrected manually.
Three fictional Spanish practice recordings are included. Transcription can make mistakes: check names, quantities, completed work and pending actions before signing or sharing.
Compatibility and languages
The test version is designed for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Its interface and field classification support Spanish and English; the practice recordings are in Spanish. It is not yet a native iPad app.
Transcription depends on your device, language and Apple speech resources. On iOS 26 or later it can use compatible on-device recognition; otherwise it may need a connection and use Apple servers, with your permission. Manual field editing does not depend on speech recognition.
Record up to ten minutes and add up to eight photos per report. A captured signature is not a qualified electronic signature. The report does not replace an invoice or technical certification.
One payment, no subscription
Planned launch model: three free reports including photos, signature and PDF. Fieldary Pro will unlock unlimited reports with a one-time purchase, priced at €19.99 in Spain. Apple displays the final local price and currency before confirmation. No ads.
Your files, under your control
Reports and recordings stay on the device. This version does not provide automatic cross-device sync. Deleting the app deletes its local data: keep copies of important documents and audio outside the app.
