Report text, client details, selected photos, signatures and audio are stored on the device. Fieldary has no proprietary user accounts, advertising, commercial tracking or Julen Apps server receiving report content.

Microphone and speech recognition

The microphone is used when you start recording. Audio is retained locally for retry. On iOS 26 or later, when the device and language are supported, recognition uses Apple's on-device speech technology and language models may be downloaded. In other cases, Apple's speech recognition runs locally when supported; otherwise Apple's servers may process the audio, subject to speech-recognition permission. Check system permissions and do not record others without a valid basis.

Photos, signatures and sharing

Only selected photos are accessed. A drawn signature is included in the report and is not used for biometric identification. Sharing a PDF or recording sends it to your chosen destination under that service's terms. Only process and share information you are authorized to use.

Purchases

Apple processes and verifies Fieldary Pro purchases. We do not receive your card details. The app checks purchase status to unlock Pro features.

Retention and control

You can edit or delete reports in the app. Deleting the app deletes its local data. Copies exported or shared elsewhere must be managed at those destinations. This version does not automatically sync reports with iCloud. Information you email to support is used to address your request.
