Devices and languages

Fieldary 1.0 is designed for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Interface and field classification support Spanish and English; practice audio is in Spanish. The current version is not a native iPad app. Speech recognition depends on your device, language and Apple resources; you can edit fields manually when it is unavailable.

Prepare a report

1. Create a report and record up to ten minutes, import audio or type your description.
2. Name each section and pause: client, location, reported issue, diagnosis, work performed, materials, result and notes.
3. Generate a draft, correct its fields and distinguish completed work from pending actions.
4. Add photos, collect a signature with the person's knowledge and review before sharing the PDF.

If transcription fails

Listen to the saved recording and retry without recording again. Check the language, permissions and connectivity if recognition resources need downloading. Manual editing remains available. Find examples in Settings → Voice practice.

Purchases and data

Pro increases the new-report limit without hiding existing reports. Restore purchases using the same Apple account. Restoring Pro does not restore reports: locally stored data is separate from your purchase. Keep important files outside the app before deleting it.

Include your Fieldary version, iPhone model, iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or client documents without permission.
